Jim Wilson Jr. joined JFW in 2012, bringing a deep commitment to relationship-driven service, innovative problem-solving, and unwavering integrity. With a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration, he has played a key role in advancing JFW’s legacy—blending technical expertise with strategic market development.
As Principal, Jim oversees business operations, leads high-profile projects, and drives the firm’s growth by cultivating new opportunities and long-term partnerships. His leadership reflects a commitment to excellence and collaboration, ensuring every project aligns with JFW’s core values.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys skiing with his wife and four kids, composing and performing music, and cheering on all things Terps. He serves on his church’s leadership team and frequently leads Sunday worship.

Adam Lotinsky brings over 20 years of commercial real estate and construction experience to his role as Principal at JFW. Originally joining the firm in 2008 as an employee, Adam’s career journey has been marked by entrepreneurial success and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. After founding and running his own venture, he rejoined JFW in 2023 to enhance the firm’s offerings and support its continued growth.
As Principal, Adam focuses on assembling high-performing project teams, fostering strategic collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects with a holistic, value-centered approach. His leadership and expertise play a critical role in shaping JFW’s ability to deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions.
Outside of work, Adam cherishes quality time with his wife and four children, sharing new life experiences and creating lasting memories. He also enjoys travel, food, and fitness.
